BREAKING NEWS: 4 DAYS OF DEFQON.1 MADNESS
The rumors had been going around for a long time, but today, we finally have some good news for the Weekend Warriors from all over the world. Q-dance announced that Defqon.1 will become a 4-day weekend festival in 2022 instead of a 3-day festival. Yes, please!
The plans were already on the table for a while, but after two years of no physical Defqon.1 experience, Q-dance is expanding the largest harder styles festival to a 4-day festival. At the end of June 2022, the gathering will not start on Friday, but on Thursday. This is really good news. After 2 years of no physical Defqon.1, hardstyle fans will finally be able to enter the Holy Grounds in Biddinghuizen.

Weekend Warriors, get ready for the most powerful experience in the history of our tribe. We proudly present Defqon.1 Weekend Festival: 4 days of madness from June 23rd till June 26th in 2022!
For the first time ever, our journey will take place from Thursday till Sunday, setting the stage for a legendary journey that includes a record number of artists, specials, shows, and Fresh Friday: an extra full-on festival day that rivals the magnitude of the Saturday.
To celebrate this news, we’ve decided to amp up the madness by also adding an extra day to Defqon.1 at Home 2021! As a result, Defqon.1 at Home takes place from Thursday June 24th till Sunday June 27th.
