FAQ
We’re always open to collaborations. Don't hesitate to contact us at media@hardstyle.com to see how we can complement each other.

We rely on third parties to create events, so if those parties do not add the event themselves, it will not appear in our agenda. In some cases, an event may be rejected if it is incomplete. Please note that Hardstyle.com is not responsible for the completeness of the festival agenda.
There could be various reasons for the removal of an event from the agenda, including:
1. Lack of location information, making it difficult to include in the agenda.
2. The event is private, invitation-only, or unrelated to hard dance music, which doesn't align with our agenda's focus.
3. Inability to verify event details due to the absence of a website for the location/organization or missing website information.
4. Conflict with another already scheduled party or duplication of an event on the agenda.
The removal could be a result of one or a combination of these factors. You should have received a message explaining the reason for the removal, either as an inquiry or rejection notification. Questions? Contact media@hardstyle.com.
We welcome all events related to hard dance or featuring at least one Hardstyle stage on their line-up. However, if your event isn’t hard dance related, we regret to inform you that we cannot list it on our agenda.
When adding an event, it undergoes verification by our administrators to ensure its legitimacy and accuracy. It may take some time for the event data you submitted to be verified and approved. If the information provided is too vague or doesn't meet our criteria, the agenda admins may reject the event. Questions? Contact media@hardstyle.com.
After creating your event, you won't be able to edit it directly. If you need to make changes or additions, please contact us through media@hardstyle.com, and we will assist you in editing your event.
Adding your lineup is not mandatory right away. If your lineup is not yet complete, you can leave it empty. The event will be created without a visible line-up area. You can submit your lineup later by sending an email to media@hardstyle.com, once your line-up is finalized.
To include your lineup on the event page, provide us with the complete daily lineup for your event. We will then seamlessly link each artist to their respective artist pages. If an artist doesn't have a connectable page, their name will still be displayed without a link. Questions? Contact media@hardstyle.com.
To add your event to our agenda, simply submit it by using the "submit event" option. Please make sure to provide comprehensive information and fill in all the required details. This helps streamline the approval process and increases the chances of your event being accepted.

Our goal is to provide customers with quality music from top hard dance labels worldwide. It's important to note that we do not alter or modify our files in any way. The music you find on our site is a direct representation of the original WAV file received from the label. Quality standards vary among labels, and as a result, the music they produce may differ. While mainstream artists' releases are typically professionally mastered due to their available resources, we take pride in supporting independent artists and labels whose standards may vary. It's worth mentioning that not all masters necessarily reflect our artists' standards, but rather the resources available during production.
If you come across a faulty or mislabeled track, please report the issue to us by sending an email to support@hardstyle.com. Remember to include your username, the track name, your order number, and any specific track times where you notice distortions or skips. We value your feedback and will address the issue promptly.
