Breaking news: Ghost Stories announce final show

We've got some very sad news to share... The renowned trio Ghost Stories quit and will take the stage one final time during D-Block & S-te-Fan: “From History to Infinity” at The Dome in Haaren on November 8th. This will mark their last-ever performance - be ready for a very special moment.

It’s time to say goodbye to one of the most unique liveacts in our scene. D-Block & S-te-Fan (Diederik Bakker, Stefan den Daas) launched their side project Ghost Stories in 2019, together with Evelyn, Diederik’s sister. ‘Angels & Demons’ was the beginning of a legendary journey that has brought us massive tracks (‘Twilight Zone’, ‘Embrace The Dark’, ‘Fallen Souls’...) and epic performances live (such as the Defqon.1 closing set in 2022). After 6 years, we will have the chance to witness Ghost Stories live for one more time on the 8th of November.

We already knew that D-Block & S-te-Fan were going to perform their special and unique liveact together with Evelyn at their own event “From history to infinity”, but what we didn’t expect it’s that it is going to be their last performance. “We said to ourselves that we’ve already told the whole story” they claim. 

“It’s something you’ve never seen before at a hardstyle festival”

In an era in which having a special liveact is really important for an artist, Ghost Stories has stood out because of its exclusivity - it’s always special to see them perform live. Hearing their whole discography, including special edits and featuring Evelyn’s angelical voice makes living a Ghost Stories set one of the best experiences you could witness in the hardstyle scene. You can definitely feel the magic in the air!

For those who haven’t had the chance to see this special performance ever, the 8th of November will be the right moment to do so at The Dome in Haaren. “This moment will be really special”, Stefan says. “All Ghost Stories fans will be coming along, so this is the moment”.

This special Ghost Stories ‘The Final Chapter’ act will be only one of the multiple times that D-Block & S-te-Fan will be playing at their own event. Their liveact Dee-Block & S-te-Pack (together with Deepack) and four big showcases of the different eras of D-Block & S-te-Fan (‘Music Made Addictz’, ‘Rockin’ ‘Ur Mind’, ‘Antidote’ and ‘Enter Your Mind’) will also be very special highlights of the best night ever for Diederik and Stefan’s fans. Also, there will be some special guests that will stay as a surprise. So make sure not to miss out the event, you’ll experience some unforgettable moments!
