Italian hardstyle DJ Clockartz is venturing into a new chapter of his career by becoming a part of True Identity Music. Starting today, his brand-new documentary is available for streaming on YouTube. “This is only the beginning.”

Clockartz’ transition from I AM HARDSTYLE to True Identity Music goes beyond a mere label change – it represents a statement of artistic growth and a dedication to exploring a fresh new sound. Alongside his stylistic transformation comes a documentary with a deeply personal touch. “Clockartz presents: The Journey Continues” welcomes audiences to experience Clockartz’s world.

Clockartz presents: The Journey Continues

In the 15-minute long documentary, the Italian Sebastian delves into his 15 years in the harder styles industry. He shares his early struggles, the ecstatic moments of the Defqon.1 2017 endshow, and the influence of Armin van Buuren’s support. Imagine telling the young Sebastian, who was dedicated to daily jumpstyle video uploads in 2008 before diving into FruityLoops for his bedroom studio, that none other than Armin van Buuren would feature his tracks at Tomorrowland – he probably wouldn’t have believed it.

“Success is not built in one step”

The new documentary includes an interview with Konnie, who was part of Clockartz until 2019. At the end of 2019, the guys decide that it’s time for Konnie to step away from Clockartz. For Sebastian, the chapter was not closed yet; he wanted to continue with the hardstyle act. The beginning of 2020 was supposed to mark a new start for Clockartz, but the inevitable happened: Covid. For Sebasian, it marked a period of reflecting and being forced to go back to do the work he used to do before he was a performing artist. Now, he’s more motivated than ever to make Clockartz his full-time job again.

Despite the fact that it hasn’t always been easy for Sebastian in recent years, he has learned never to give up. “Success is not built in one step. You need many steps. Hundreds, if not thousands. It’s important to follow your goals and never give up, no matter what happens.”

Watch ‘Clockartz presents: The Journey Continues’ now on YouTube. This Thursday, ‘Losing It’ by Clockartz will be available for streaming and downloading at Hardstyle.com. Clockartz is available for bookings at True Identity.
