The Opening Ceremony with Dr. Peacock

A stage like the mighty RED deserves a legendary Opening Ceremony. In 2022, Phuture Noize kicked things off, with Ran-D taking the stage last year. This year, the honor goes to Dr. Peacock. Will his Trip To Defqon.1 echo once again through the speakers of the mighty RED? There’s only one way to find out - be there at 13:00 on Friday for the Opening Ceremony.

The Spotlight shows by D-Block & S-te-Fan (RED) & Partyraiser (BLACK)

During The Spotlight, an artist receives his very own endshow on the Friday of Defqon.1. Lasers, lights, pyro: expect only full madness during these unique sets. This year, they will be in the good hands of D-Block & S-te-Fan (at the RED) and Partyraiser (at the BLACK). 

10 areas and 100+ artists

Friday at Defqon.1 is stacked with a massive lineup. Dual Damage will make their long-awaited debut on the RED stage, joined by names like Atmozfears & Adrenalize, D-Sturb & Aversion, Galactixx, Outsiders, Sound Rush, Zatox, and the winner of the Defqon.1 RED Race.

Defqon.1 showcases the full spectrum of harder styles, and this year, a brand-new color joins the Holy Grounds: the PINK stage. Dedicated to delivering the finest in Drum & Bass, PINK brings a fresh energy to the festival. Expect sets from artists like Arcando, Atmos, Murdock, Pythius, T & Sugah, THEMEN, USED, Wes S & $aVVy, and Yussi.

At this point, only Friday tickets and the final Travel & Stay Packages are still available in the Defqon.1 shop. The very last Weekend Tickets can only be secured by booking a Travel & Stay Package with accommodation at The Sanctuary of The Highlands. All other ticket types are completely sold out.
