Devin Wild & Phuture Noize release brand-new song of their upcoming EP
We have been treated to something special today: the release of ‘Antidote’, a new track from the upcoming EP by Devin Wild (Dion Mons) and Phuture Noize (Marco Spronk). After years of solo success and insane collabs, this marks the duo's first full EP project together.
Both artists have been super succesful within hardstyle, and especially that led to a highlight moment at Defqon.1 2024. Taking the stage as Defqon.1 Legends, where they delivered a set to remember. Q-dance about it: "Over the years, Phuture Noize and Devin Wild embarked on a quest to uncharted territories and provoked our tribe with new ideas and sounds. Witness how these two diligent minds push one another to greater heights during their Legends set."
The duo’s past collabs, like ‘Never Not Done’ and ‘Waves’, have become instant hits, filling dance floors and festival stages worldwide. Their chemistry in the studio is undeniable, as Phuture Noize shared: "When I was in the studio with Dion (Devin Wild), I played two chords which excited him so much that the antidote happened overnight. The song ended up being a fresh mix of Hardstyle with Drum and Bass influences and is definitely worth checking out."
The creative process behind ‘Antidote’ involved some experimentation and refinement. Devin Wild revealed:
"At first, I went all the way with the Drum and Bass part and made it a full drop, but in context, it was way too much. So, we dialed it back and turned it into this powerful buildup you hear now - and honestly, it makes much more sense this way!"
While the full EP is set for release in 2025 under the SCANTRAXX label in collaboration with Mirror Society, the exact date is still under wraps. Fans are encouraged to follow the artists and labels to stay updated on announcements.
In the meantime, ‘Antidote’ is available now via SCANTRAXX. Grab your copy through Hardstyle.com and keep an eye on the charts - this track might just climb to the top.
