Dual Damage & Phuture Noize release REBiRTH Festival 2026 anthem

REBiRTH Festival marks the start of the harder styles festival season, bringing together thousands of fans in Haaren every year to celebrate the return of outdoor events. For the 2026 edition, the festival has chosen Dual Damage and Phuture Noize as the creators of the official anthem.

Dual Damage is known for its raw sound and signature “kloenk” kicks, while Phuture Noize has built a global reputation through melodic storytelling and cinematic productions. Despite the contrast, the artists managed to merge their styles into one anthem.

“We think it helped a lot that we’re big fans of Marco,” Dual Damage explains. “We each focused on what we do best, our signature sound, and combined it in a way that blends both worlds perfectly.”

Phuture Noize agrees that mutual respect for each other's sound played a key role in the production. “We tried to find a balance where both styles could work musically,” he says. “It took some tweaking in the sound design, but I think we created a really interesting anthem.”

The track is titled “When Sound Meets Sound,” a name that perfectly reflects the concept behind the collaboration. According to Phuture Noize, the idea came from a title he had written down during a road trip.

With the anthem, the artists aimed to capture the excitement of the festival season finally beginning again. “It should give you that feeling that it’s almost time to go outside, enjoy the sun and rave with your friends,” Dual Damage say. Phuture Noize adds: “We tried to create an uplifting melody that people can scream along to the first time they hear it live at REBiRTH.”
