Radical Redemption releases his album: ‘No Retaliation Pt. 2: The Collaborations’

After the launch of the first glimpse of the three part project ‘No Retaliation’ in January 2024, Radical Redemption is back presenting the second part, an ambitious collaborative project with some of the biggest heavyweights in the hard dance scene
Joey van Ingen, also known as Radical Redemption, has released today his brand new album, the Part 2 of his ongoing project ‘No Retaliation’. After unleashing mostly solo music on the first LP, this second one is a collaborative album with some of the biggest names of the hard dance scene: from the very first collab with D-Block & S-te-Fan, to strong works together with Dimitri K, Angerfist or Crypsis, and also collabs with upcoming artists as Nightcraft and outside-of-the-box tunes as the one with Maddix.
This album contains 20 songs, with only 4 of them being solo tracks. As we mentioned, this is a part of the full project ‘No Retaliation’, launched by Radical Redemption with the release of his solo album in January 2024. This album contained some massive hits that have already become timeless, such as ‘No Retaliation’, the remix to Tiësto’s ‘Lay Low’ or ‘Brutal X’.
“For me, quality is the most important thing”
As we said, the variety of the artists who collaborated with Radical Redemption on this project is huge. Showtek, D-Sturb, Maddix, D-Block & S-te-Fan, DIØN, Crypsis, Act of Rage, Nightcraft, Unresolved, Aversion, Digital Punk, Rebelion, Angerfist and Dimitri K form a very heterogeneous mixture that make this product really complete and interesting to hear. Every track has the Radical Redemption signature sound, but approached in different ways thanks to the participation of all these different great artists.

The release of this album was expected to be in the second half of last year. Nevertheless, due to the different schedules of all the artists involved, it has been delayed until now. Radical Redemption has just been featured at Wololo Sound’s podcast sábado histórico (which will be released soon) and he said that “when doing such a big project with so many artists, at some point you have to make a choice whether you want to make this real quick and don't pay attention to it or the other way round”, he explained. “If we had adjusted to the original timeframe, the collab with D-Block & S-te-Fan would have never happened, for example, same for Nightcraft or Crypsis”.
When asked about how he decided to make all these collaborations, he answered at sábado histórico: “I always like to work with people I have a vibe with. I never did collaborations because the other artist is a big name. If you do that, you can maybe win something in the short term, but in the long term it will be a loss”, he states.

‘No Retaliation, Pt. 3: Orchestra of Eternity”, coming on the first half of 2026
With the release of part 2 of this concept, there’s only one more album to be released to complete the most ambitious project in Radical Redemption’s career: the Orchestra of Eternity material. Joey has a lot of orchestral arrangements and instrumental pieces for his Orchestra of Eternity shows, and all those tunes will be put into another new album which is going to be released very soon. “Most of the Orchestra of Eternity is already finished”, Joey admits, “but as it was meant to be Part 3 we had to wait until Part 2 was released. Part 3 will be released in the first half of 2026!”.
Now it’s time to stream all these tracks right before the indoor festival season, where Radical Redemption will be more than present at many big events, starting off by Supremacy this weekend, where he will play the Phase 2 of his liveshow Laser Legion Live.
