Ran-D & Unresolved unite for Decibel outdoor 2025 anthem ‘Cosmic Frequency’

These two powerhouses of hard dance have joined forces for the first time ever to create one of the biggest anthems of the summer, the official soundtrack of THE LOUDEST CITY on Earth!

During Unresolved’s set at the mainstage of Intents Festival last weekend we had the chance to witness a very special premiere: it was the first time ever to hear ‘Cosmic Frequency’, the official anthem of Decibel outdoor 2025.

Randy Wieland (Ran-D) and Ihor Fedorutsa (Unresolved) are well known for always staying true to their signature sounds during their whole careers and for having a truly unique sound design - every time you hear a track from each one of them, you can easily realize it’s theirs! Thanks to that, they have been able to build two of the biggest fanbases in the hardstyle scene within the years.

Their special styles are perfectly found in this anthem. ‘Cosmic Frequency’ blends perfectly the melodies and the emotion of Ran-D’s leads with the darkness of Unresolved’s OG raw, combining to create a real banger that captures the energy, the unity and the power that define THE LOUDEST CITY. Last but not least, the vocals are perfect for singing along and for creating a true anthem atmosphere. You can definitely feel it’s an anthem and not just a regular release.

“To be chosen as an anthem maker is a true honour”

We have talked to both of the artists responsible for this anthem. How does it feel to create such an important track? “Decibel was my first ever Hardstyle festival where I was booked for back in 2015”, Unresolved comments, “to be chosen as one of the anthem creators 10 years later is a truly magic feeling and huge honour, especially teaming up with a true Hardstyle legend like Ran-D!”.

Randy, who was previously in charge of making Decibel outdoor anthem in 2016, has told us that “Decibel is one of those events that hold a special place in my heart and has meant a lot in my career! To have the honour of making the anthem for a second time is truly a privilege!”.

This anthem will be the centerpiece of the spectacular anthem show on Saturday this edition of Decibel outdoor, where both Ran-D and Unresolved will bring to life their ‘Cosmic Frequency’ along with a phenomenal audiovisual experience during the DARK HOURS of the festival.

The festival has just announced their full WKND line-up, including more than 60 DJs that will be responsible for putting the soundtrack to the 24HR DISTRICT at Decibel outdoor. An evolution set of Unresolved, showcases of Spoontech and Classified and special sets by Geck-O, Jones or Endymion are some of the highlights of this line-up.
