Riot Shift releases highly anticipated track ‘Pieces’
The year 2023 ends well for fans of Aggressive Records – after the release of RAVE LOVE PT.2 by Sickmode and Mish yesterday, Riot Shift also ends the year with a bang by releasing their highly anticipated track ‘PIECES’ today.
Riot Shift has been making waves lately. This year they managed to completely sell out the first edition of their own event, ENTER DYSTOPIA, in the Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen. In addition, they performed on huge stages, such as the mainstage of REBiRTH Festival and the legendary BLUE stage of Defqon.1, where they had the entire audience in the hall screaming along to their energetic songs during the set.
Riot Shift releases ‘PIECES’ on Aggressive Records
Ole and Connor have been sharing their music on an international scale this year, currently touring five different countries in December while maintaining a steady flow of new releases. In addition to a number of solo releases on Aggressive Records, such as the FIGHTING DEMONS EP and the popular sing-along track ‘STITCH ME UP’, the men collaborated with the biggest names in the scene such as Warface, Devin Wild, Zatox, and more to come.
As of today, we can add the long-awaited track ‘PIECES’ to this list with their release on Aggressive Records. With this song they once again provide an insight into their musical identity within the harder styles: catchy pop-punk hooks mixed with their signature filthy kicks. Similar to ‘STITCH ME UP’, we hear Connor’s recognizable vocals on the brand new track. While some may find it an acquired taste, their signature sound is unmistakable, and fans are undeniably falling in love with it!
‘PIECES’ is the last track that the German duo will release in 2023, but we can already reveal that Ole and Connor have a lot planned for 2024. They are planning to release a lot of new music, and maybe even a new edition of ENTER DYSTOPIA? Follow Riot Shift on Instagram to be the first to know about the latest updates.
