For this year Hardstyle.com is looking for a Multimedia Design intern (40 hours per week). During the internship, you’ll support the design department team of Hardstyle.com in creating high class visual products. Bringing in your own ideas and being creative is strongly encouraged. As a leading and independent music and news platform within the Hardstyle scene we operate on different levels. One of our core businesses is the music distribution for all labels and artist out there and reflect our data resources into weekly news topics including the official music charts, upcoming / new releases and so on. Second, we produce, provide, and sell merchandise for a wide range of labels, events, and artists within the Hardstyle community. As a third, Hardstyle.com is the forefront of all Hard Dance related news and provide the latest updates on our recently launched news channel.
During this period, it’s all about innovation, as we are always re-developing our platform and therefore, we are looking for a hands-on candidate who can contribute to our new marketing and media strategy. Besides a winning mentality the candidate we are searching for should be comfortable with the following requirements:
Profile
- ✦ Affinity with Hardstyle music, labels and artists.
- ✦ A perfectionist willing to work for a leading brand.
- ✦ MBO or HBO level, attending a graphic design, multi-media studies or a similar education program.
- ✦ You are well known with the products Adobe Suite / CC has to offer (photoshop, illustrator, premiere and after effects)
- ✦ Is available to work 5 days a week, 3 of which at our office in the Utrecht area.
Is able to work independently. - ✦ Is able to work in a stressful environment and can handle continuous feedback.
- ✦ Is willing to support but is also eager to learn and propose own ideas.
- ✦ Is a creative, innovative, organized, motivated, studious person.
- ✦ Socially and communicatively well gifted.
- ✦ Has a sharp eye for (new) business ideas.
- ✦ Is comfortable speaking and writing in English and Dutch.
